Solid. Friends and colleagues!

Went for a hike last weekend. Awesome to spend time with friends- most of us don't do that near enough.

I hired these guys what- 15 years ago maybe. Well- actually begged them to work with me. Both went on to other states, perhaps reluctantly 😬, and work today in Mid-TN.

Solid guys, never an issue. Never a deadline missed, expense report late, nothing. Went on to form their own solid teams.

I never got the opportunity to lead a larger team of managers for reasons I don't really understand. When you don't have doors open for you- you need to move on. I stayed in the same hallway, carved my name in wall, and made a nice home for myself. Don't be that.
